We believe this space is meant to be shared with our members first and foremost but also among their clients, guests and friends. While we are in the process of finalizing our bylaws, our primary goal is to create an environment that has a high delivery of service and hospitality. In order to deliver that high-touch and intentional hospitality experience we will be setting clear guidelines on our guest policy. The space has limited capacity and in order to maintain the integrity of this experience we will strike a balance between creating a generous guest policy that also guards against abuse of that policy. We appreciate your patience as we refine our guest policy. In summary, we are committed to creating a community that is both welcoming and extremely intentional for all our valued members.

  • We will offer a variety of small bites for purchase including both items for breakfast as well as appetizers and small plates. Franklin Social is not a restaurant but will offer a limited number of selected food options.

  • During the day our coffee program will offer a wide variety of hot and cold beverages for purchase. In the afternoons and evenings we will offer a variety of craft cocktails, wines, and a full bar selection.

  • Members and their guests will pay for consumption of food and beverages. We will distribute a full breakdown of our menu once it is available.

  • We are anticipating at least 2 private meeting rooms that will be reservable. Each room will have access to outdoor patio space directly outside the reserved room. There will also be another semi-private meeting/table space available on a first come, first serve basis.

  • There will be at least one call room. There will be a variety of booth seating options for semi-private conversations.

  • No. This is not a traditional co-working space. There will not be private desks or private offices. This is a space that encourages and fuels collaboration, creativity, social interaction and co-creation.

  • As a member you will have the opportunity to add your spouse to a Charter or Salon membership for $100 a month. This will give the spouse full membership access which is not contingent on the primary member being present.

  • Members must commit to a minimum of a 12 month term. In order to build a community we believe this takes time and intentional connectivity. Our aim is for members to be a part of co-creating this community for years and that Franklin Social will be a place where members want to invest their time and talents to help one another. Great communities aren’t transactional and they aren’t built overnight.

  • Life circumstances happen, and we understand that. Charter and Salon members will be allowed to pause memberships for up to 6 months if needed. During the pause period, members forfeit benefits and access but membership can be reinstated at any time during the 6 month window.

  • This is a private text line for charter members to notify our staff to ensure capacity before arrival.

  • Founding members will be nominated and/or selected individually. Our desire is to ensure that each member aligns with the ethos and the vision of this community. Each potential member will be curated and will be required to meet with our partners or a small group of key stakeholders or existing members. We are currently working on refining this selection criteria and finalizing our member agreements and application process.

  • Generally, this is a place reserved for meetings and social engagement for adults. There will be specific events throughout the year that will be for the entire family and these will be reservable ticketed events (Christmas Tree Lighting, Pumpkin Fest, Dickens of A Christmas Event) We will communicate events that are appropriate for children to attend.
